Original Art

All our Original Art Work (Including ‘Canvas’, ‘Sketches’ ‘Art Paper’ & ‘Hand Embellished Prints’) pricing includes FREE SHIPPING worldwide.

The Original Art (Including ‘Canvas’, ‘Sketches’ ‘Art Paper’ & ‘Hand Embellished Prints’) work can take 2-4 weeks to arrive after the point of purchase depending on what you have purchased and location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your purchase has been shipped. We ship all of our original art products from Liverpool, United Kingdom so delivery timing may be impacted based on your location. For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, please contact the courier service.

 

Limited Edition Prints

The Limited-Edition Prints can take up to 3-15 days to arrive depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your purchase has been shipped. Shipping is always first class and shipping rates vary depending on your country. See Table:

*For US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Rest of the World - A ‘tracked and signed’ service is available which is a cheaper alternative to DHL Courier and is provided via Mail Service. This can take from 7-15 days to arrive to your location. The cost of this will be lower than Courier service but orders for this shipping option cannot be currently purchased directly from our website as these orders will have to be fulfilled separately.

• Address to where the item will be posted (including Country)
• Which exact prints you are looking to purchase (Name/s and size of print/s)

Once this is provided an email will be sent to confirm pricing or prints and shipping costs to your location. If you then wish to continue with your purchase, payment for these specific orders will only be accepted via PayPal. Once payment has gone through, you will receive email confirmation and prints will be shipped. This can take up to 7-15 days to arrive depending on your location.

If you are looking for quicker delivery times the prints can be purchased directly via the website at standard DHL Courier prices stated in the table above. For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, please contact the courier service.

Customs Import Duty & Taxes

For all international orders please be aware that we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country, nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs.

Our prices on our online store, do not include relevant overseas duties & other custom charges you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country.

These costs are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s custom charges prior to placing the order.

Gionita Studio is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties & tax. Please keep an eye out for your shipment when tracking number is provided to avoid delays.

If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a £30 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. You will be then be refunded the price you have paid for the product minus £30. If the product is priced under £30 at the time of purchase no refund will be provided. This is non-negotiable.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Any Original Artwork order can be cancelled prior to receiving your confirmation dispatch email and tracking number.

Any Prints or Hand Embellished Prints order needs to be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Any cancellation requests made within this timeframe will be refunded at our discretion. Please note that a change of mind to your order outside of the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

 

Change or amend your shipping details.

If you have entered in your delivery details incorrectly or would like to modify your delivery information, please contact art@gionitastudio.com as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, this will have to be changed by yourself with the courier company. Contact details can be found via the email sent with the tracking information.

 

Packaging your Art Work

Packaging – Original Art Work

Delivered directly to your door via world-class courier; the signed painting is packaged by dismantling the support frame and skilfully and thoroughly protecting the canvas with acid free paper. The artwork is then rolled into a tube box fully protected with additional bubble wrap along with the frame for your use.

Packaging and posting art work in this eco-friendly manner utilising recyclable material where possible reduces the amount of packaging required. The materials we use to produce your orders have been carefully selected to minimise our impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your orders get to you in perfect condition. This also allows for lower shipping prices so that the Studio can cover all shipping costs across all art work meaning there are no shipping costs for any original art work order!

Upon arrival of artwork, it can be reassembled onto the wooden support frame provided, which is simple to do and only takes 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can also take it to professional framers who can also reframe it for you as you wish. Before reassembling painting, please ensure there hasn’t been any damage during transit. The signed hand embellished painting is packaged by carefully covering art work with recyclable acid-free tissue paper, eliminating the danger of any scratches or folds and ensuring the work can be carefully handled. It is then carefully bubbled wrapped and your order is placed into a robust 100% sustainably sourced recyclable cardboard envelope or tube and shipped to you directly to your door via world-class courier.

The materials we use to produce your orders have been carefully selected to minimise our impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your orders get to you in perfect condition. This also allows for lower shipping prices so that the Studio can cover all shipping costs across all art work meaning there are no shipping costs for hand embellished prints order!

Packaging – Prints

Gionita Studio utilises an external supplier to enable high quality art prints to be supplied worldwide. We have specifically chosen this supplier as they have production available in the UK & Germany. This means on print-only orders being shipped to customers in the UK or EU will not face additional import charges. 

The fine art prints are carefully covered with recyclable tissue paper, eliminating the danger of any scratches or folds and ensuring the work can be carefully handled. Your order is then placed into a robust 100% sustainably sourced recyclable cardboard envelope or tube. Their team then ships your order, ensuring your prints are delivered safely and quickly as possible.

Their services are also specifically chosen as their operations are 100% end-to-end carbon neutral and this aligns with the values of Gionita Studio. This means where possible, they minimise their energy usage and use suppliers of renewable energy. Where unavoidable, they then offset all of our carbon emissions.

Insurance and CoA

In addition, your artwork will be fully insured for shipment free of charge, complimentary of the Studio.

The Artwork also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) signed by the artist if the art is an original painting, hand embellished print or a limited-edition print. This document certifies the accompanying artwork purchased is a genuine and authentic directly from the artist. This certificate and the accompanying Artwork documented on the certificate are authenticated by the uniquely labelled holograms which distinguishes the certificate to be real and prevents unauthorised copies being made.

The artist certifies that the Artwork is produced strictly in accordance with the Particulars detailed on the certificate provided. Sole copyright of the original Artwork is always retained by the artist. The artist provides a limited licence to the owner of the Artwork for his or her own display and enjoyment. The owner of the Artwork may not copy or display it in any other format without the express written permission of the artist. The owner of the Artwork may sell or gift the print to another party (with the CoA proving its authenticity) and the limited licence and restrictions shall apply to such party thereafter.
